This time the journey has taken me to the Land's End - the most westerly point of mainland England. I've also visited St Ives and Newquay.
Three hundred miles away, but totally worth it!
I've needed a break, to just go for a few-hours-long walk. As per friend's recommendation, I've took my camera and went to Brampton Wood.
It's an example of ancient forest, with official records going back 900 years. It felt good. Like a piece of home...
I've had an opportunity to go to the Cambridge and well - I couldn't just let it go to waste!

This cemetery was used for burials from No. 6 Polish General Hospital. In 11 of these graves are buried polish soldiers from Polish Resettlement Corps.
